Additional Capabilities to Support Your Project

We provide a number of secondary services such as plating, powder coating, and wet painting to support our fabricating capabilities. Our secondary services are performed for fabricated components, assemblies, sub assemblies, and finished assemblies that we manufacture. Automotive, construction, and mining are a few of the industries that we serve. Custom packaging options, such as bar coding and instructions, are also provided. Bloom Alloy Limited, follows a just in time (JIT) delivery program for timely delivery of goods to our clients.

Secondary Tube Fabricating Specifications

We work with a wide range of materials including carbon steel (A36, A500), aluminum (3003, 5052, 6061, 6063), and stainless steel (303, 304, 316). Our secondary services include swaging, flaring, drilling, punching, threading, and various attachment methods such as PEM, Rivnut, and Weldnut installation, as well as flow drilling and tapping. With ISO 9001:2015 certification, AWS-certified welders, and a CWI on staff, we ensure consistent quality backed by Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery capabilities.
